Mentoring with Minecraft

Minecraft School Term Programs – Limited space, book now before it gets all “blocked” up.

Endgame Esports is bringing back our ever-popular Mentoring with Minecraft, bigger and better than ever! We’ll be offering 8 weeks of fun and education sessions throughout Term 2 2024, starting Week 2.

This time, there are 3 available sessions: Monday afternoons from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, Wednesday mornings from 10:30am to 11:30am, and Thursday afternoons from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.

The focus of this Term will be on the survival experience of Minecraft and all the associated challenges that come along with it – gathering food and building materials, navigating treacherous terrain, and working together to defeat great enemies.

All ages are welcome, no matter their skill level. Sessions are hosted at Endgame Esports, a safe and supervised environment suitable for children.

Who

Mentor Tania

Our Minecraft Mentor, Tania, is a former Primary School teacher of 20 years and recently worked for Hypixel (the largest Minecraft Server in the world!) for 4 and a half years. Her focus was on community management, creating both a safe environment and a positive gameplay experience for players. She loves both teaching and playing the game!

Participants will be provided with the ability to explore the Minecraft world within a safe and supervised environment. It doesn’t matter if you want to be a solo survivor or work as a group, everyone will be actively encouraged to explore all aspects of Minecraft, from the tops of the tallest mountains to the bottom of the deepest seas, and from the vast lava lakes of the Nether to the fearsome Enderdragon of the End.

Our mentor will provide participants with guidance, knowledge, and assistance in helping your child meet their Minecraft survival goals. The beauty of Minecraft is that it allows and enables inclusivity and diversity in how anyone can play; be it building bases and forts, fighting monsters, creating a magnificent mine, or embarking on an epic journey with others.

The Discord and Minecraft servers will be locally hosted on the premises, accessed only by the mentors and the clinic participants. We aim to encourage inclusivity, teamwork, and positive social experiences in the world of PC gaming!

Endgame eSports has an excellent setup and will be providing everything that is required for the participants. If you already have a Minecraft account, you’re more than welcome to show off your skins!

After 8 weeks, you will receive an Endgame certificate and will have mastered the basics of crafting, building, and farming within the Survival Game Mode in Minecraft.

For children under 5 years of age, a parent or guardian must remain at the venue during sessions. Seating is available for guardians/supervisors to sit and spectate or you may even want to watch the group play our large screen casting TV.

Endgame Esports is not in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang.
