St Peters Father & Son eSports Tournament – ROCKET LEAGUE

On Sunday the 17th of March, we hosted the inaugural St Peters Lutheran College Father / Son eSport Tournament.

Everyone had a terrific afternoon with many nail-biting finishes as teams were whittled down to the final two for the Rocket League Grand Final. It was wonderful so see camaraderie and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

Congratulations to Grand Champions Peter and William C who won a match that went down to the wire with everyone cheering on.

Worldwide, eSports is growing at an incredible rate. Did you know some competitions are played in some of the largest stadiums in the world to crowds of over 40,000 people? It will even be included in the Brisbane Olympic Games in 2032!
